Brandi is a Refrigeration and AC Mechanic and a Gas Fitter 1. She wanted a job that was recession proof. She felt that everyone needs heating in the winter and cooling in the summer so her trade choice was perfect! Not very many women in her trade but she believes anyone can do it. Brandi thinks there is a need for more workers. There are many ways to get into her trade; watch her video to find out the possible paths.

THE PROSPERITY PROJECT

The Prosperity Project™ is a new not-for-profit organization founded to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Canadian women who are being disproportionately affected. 


The Rosie the Riveter-Inspired Initiative, presented by Ontario Power Generation, is one of the five Initiatives at The Prosperity Project.
