FROM IDEA TO REALITY: THE EVOLUTION OF WOMEN IN HVACR

From a simple conversation discussing the lack of women in the Trades the idea of a Women In HVAC-R group grew.  Shelly, director of sales at Vista Credit, and Nathalie Brooks, owner of Brooks Heating & Air, started top brain storm the idea of what a group like this would look like. Knowing that there are many aspects to working in the HVACR industry, they contacted as many women as they could.  Commercial and residential contractors, Suppliers, Manufacturers and Associated HVAC businesses. The first meeting was held in October 2019 to discuss the viability of such a group but it wasn't until Oct 2021 that the ball really got rolling.  Please join us on our journey as we continue in our mission to increase awareness of Women in HVACR
